SEAN W. GORMLEY, CBC - President, Innovative Risk Solutions, Inc.

After graduating from Temple University in 1996 with a B.A. in Risk Management & Insurance and a B.A. in Human Resource Administration, Mr. Gormley joined National Associates Life in Cape May, NJ, as a Health and Life Producer. During his tenure with National Associates Life, the firm was purchased in November of 1997 by Insurance Management Services (IMS) and he relocated his office to Marlton, NJ. In January of 2000, the Marlton office was then purchased by NIA Group Associates, one of the largest brokerage firms in the country. In 2004, Mr. Gormley established Innovative Risk Solutions, Inc. Mr. Gormley obtained his Chartered Benefit Consultant (CBC) designation in 2008. The CBC designation helps Mr. Gormley stay at the forefront of the changing healthcare landscape and better serve his clients.

Innovative Risk Solutions, Inc. was developed based on the strengths and experiences of the three organizations. Mr. Gormley gathered three seasoned insurance professionals to assist with developing and enhancing client relationships, forming a unique team approach with every customer transaction. The firm's strong focus on customer service results in higher client satisfaction, increased retention and solid profitability.

Mr. Gormley obtains his high level clients through referrals and networking in southern New Jersey and southeastern Pennsylvania. After establishing a starting point in terms of the employer's budget, various funding arrangements, such as fully insured, self insured and minimum premium programs are explored initially and at every renewal. Mr. Gormley reviews on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis, the experience and trends and provides a full education program tailored specifically to the employer, based on the status of the market and the group's experience.

Mr. Gormley provides employers with an opportunity to obtain cost savings on all lines of coverage, including Medical, Prescription Drug, Dental, Vision, Long Term Disability, Short Term Disability and Life/AD&D, by leveraging relationships with carriers and Third Party Administrators. Additionally, coordinating health advocacy products, wellness programs and health fairs provides Innovative Risk Solutions' clients with a well-rounded benefit plan that promotes healthy lifestyles. Mr. Gormley strives to offer such value-added programs, resulting in lower medical claims, decreased absenteeism and increased employee satisfaction.

LORI STEWART

Lori started her insurance career more than 25 years ago in the Property and Casualty environment. Assisting the President of Storrie, Budd & Jones in Woodbury, NJ, Lori directed the Commercial Lines Division for the agency. She developed new staff members and elevated the firm's customer service skills.

In 1996, Lori was offered a terrific opportunity to assist the Vice President of Insurance Management Services (IMS) in Marlton, New Jersey. Her focus shifted from Property and Casualty lines of business to the Group Insurance industry. Lori's superior relationship building skills were an asset to the company, resulting in their ability to retain almost 100% of their customers.

In 1997, Lori was paired with Sean Gormley. Lori excelled at assisting with Sean's book of business, creating a synergistic approach that standardized the service level at IMS. When IMS was purchased by the NIA Group, she continued to raise the level of service using her ability to manage large group case sales and renewal processes.

With Lori's support, Sean created Innovative Risk Solutions, Inc., maintaining her strong relationships with the many clients obtained throughout the years. Lori continues to provide an array of services for the firm, from managing the office to coordinating case sales to troubleshooting for customers. Lori brings to the organization a wealth of knowledge and expertise and contributes to the strong commitment to customer service.

BILLIE-JO LEVENGOOD - Senior Account Manager

Billie-Jo started her career in the insurance industry at The Prudential's Group Office in Voorhees, New Jersey in 1988. She assisted the Group Sales Representatives with fully insured proposals for PruCare of New Jersey and provided customer service of large group accounts.

When the Voorhees office closed in 1992 due to the company's downsizing, Billie-Jo was one of five individuals requested to stay on with the company. At that time, Billie-Jo had responsibility for all group accounts south of Mercer, Middlesex and Monmouth counties.

In 1994, AtlantiCare Health Plans, part of an integrated health delivery system, offered Billie-Jo an Account Coordinator position, working with their self insured clients from implementation through renewal.

From 1997 through 2001, she began a Marketing Representative position, developing brokers and consultants for AtlantiCare's Third Party Administrator. Billie-Jo marketed stop loss and ancillary products and had oversight of the Account Coordinators.

In 2001, Billie-Jo became the Client Operations Director, managing all aspects of the accounts, from Client Operations to Marketing to Sales. She specialized in analysis of data and trend management for her self insured accounts and worked on numerous committees to develop new initiatives for AtlantiCare.

In late 2004, Billie-Jo was hired by Sean Gormley to help manage his fully insured and self insured accounts. Billie-Jo also works in a consulting capacity, providing expert advice and insight on industry trends and compliance issues.

KEVIN CROLY, RHU - Senior Account Manager

Kevin began his insurance career in 1985 with the Northwestern Mutual Life Insurance Company as a sales representative specializing in the marketing of individual Life and Disability products to professionals and small business owners. During this time Kevin achieved much success and excellent training from a leading company in the insurance industry.

In 1995 Kevin joined the firm of Insurance Management Services located in Marlton, New Jersey as an Employee Benefits Account Manager. This position provided him with the opportunity to begin working with larger companies and many Public Sector clients including The City of Ocean City, The Borough of Avalon, Glassboro Public Schools, and Cape May County. Insurance Management Services was later acquired by NIA Group Associates and in 2004 Kevin left to pursue his career with Kistler Tiffany Benefits located in Mt. Laurel, New Jersey.

In September of 2006 a position became available with Innovative Risk Solutions and Kevin joined the firm. His prior experience and knowledge makes him an excellent addition to the organization and the working relationship that Sean and Kevin share is invaluable. Kevin's focus is on establishing new accounts and providing professional advice and counsel to our existing clients.

In April 2004, Kevin obtained the Registered Health Underwriter (RHU) designation from the American College in Bryn Mawr, Pa. He resides in Galloway Township, New Jersey.

ROBERT C. HENRY, CBC - Account Manager

After graduating from Drexel University in the summer of 2005 with a BS in History and Political Science, Rob went to work for the New Jersey State Senate as a Legislative Aide. While there his experiences with the State Health Benefits Plan as an aide for a Senate Budget and Appropriations Committee Member led him into the field of health insurance.

In 2006, Rob was given the opportunity to work for Innovative Risk Solutions, Inc. Since joining the firm he has worked primarily in the fields of claims remediation and health plan administration. Rob has begun to specialize in consumer driven health plans (HSA/HRA/FSA) and has been instrumental in helping clients realize the benefits associated with these complicated funding arrangements. In the pursuit of helping clients navigate the increasingly complicated field of consumer driven healthcare, Rob received his Chartered Benefit Consultant designation in 2008. The CBC is a nationally recognized designation indicating Rob's expertise in the consumer driven health care market.

The contacts he has developed in the industry help him quickly and accurately solve any problems that Innovative Risk's clients encounter.

RAMONA P. MARSHALL - Senior Account Manager

Ramona has over 25 years in the employee benefits consulting arena. Her background includes fully insured and self-funded plan designs along with the knowledge of compliance issues. Her experience with servicing and renewing public and private sector clients are a valuable asset to our firm.

Ramona started her career at Delta Dental in 1979 though 1985 as an Account Manager. Her career paths then lead her to become involved with medical, prescription and ancillary products as well. She held positions at dental and medical insurance companies handling mid to large size clients. Her positions included Director of Marketing Services, which oversaw the service and sales teams, and then became a Human Resources Supervisor for a company with multi-state locations. In 1997 she became an Account Manager with AtlantiCare Health Plans mostly servicing Casino clients.

In 1999 Ramona became an Account Executive for Health Insurance Funds (HIF's) in Central and Southern New Jersey. Later in her career she took a position as a Consultant/Assistant Vice President for a large insurance brokerage firm. Her experience also includes claims analysis and reporting, claim resolution, contract review, plan design evaluation and assisting with cost saving strategies for Union negotiations.

Ramona is a licensed Health and Life Insurance Producer in several states. She is also a member of PEBA, an Employee Benefits Association and volunteers her services in the area.

SHANNON MATURE

Shannon pursued an Associates in Science degree at Atlantic Cape Community College, and started her career at Cooper Hospital in the Physical Therapy department in the late 1980's. Her duties varied from office management to assisting during therapy.

During the 1990's, she lent her diverse management skills to healthcare providers in southern New Jersey, specializing in all aspects of patient care, from radiology to ophthalmology services.

In 2000, Shannon began a notable career at a large HealthCare Delivery System in Atlantic County. Shannon was responsible for all facets of training and ongoing education for a staff of 14 Member Services Representatives for the firm's Third Party Administrator. She focused on Quality measures, working with the Marketing Department to ensure positive and efficient service to self insured and fully insured clients. Shannon worked on various projects throughout her tenure, concentrating on employee satisfaction and facilitated committees for the improvement of services.

In 2004, Shannon was hired at Innovative Risk Solutions, Inc., to provide a high level of service to the firm's customers. She interacts daily with business owners, Benefit Managers and their employees, both telephonically and at the client's location.
